Hadorak

Hadorak has such wonderful views in the quiet, lovely village of Hado-ri! After visiting with friends in autumn 2023, I wanted to return, so this time I brought my sisters. Everyone loved it again. In the mornings and evenings, they gathered clams in the sea out front and we cooked them and made ramen—a fun experience. The front garden has a sea view, the side garden has a bench facing the sea, and the back garden has lovely grass and stepping stones. The owner was so kind that we were sad to leave. With views like these, you could happily stay here all day. We will be back!

We came as a family, and my mother, who loves books, was delighted. Reading with an ocean view, playing quiet music and simply looking out of the window felt wonderful. Sunrise was lovely too, and we had such a good time together. It was hard to leave the accommodation to go anywhere—we truly relaxed in Jeju.

I really liked this accommodation. On entering, there was relaxing music and a pleasant scent, with afternoon sunlight streaming indoors and the beach always in view. The whole atmosphere was wonderfully relaxed.

A night at Hadorak on a spontaneous trip felt like a gift. I recommend it whether travelling alone or with others. It is charming, and the view is as fantastic as the photos. Just watching the sea and listening to the waves indoors is lovely. The room was neither dry, cold nor hot—just right—and above all the host was very kind. There are good places to eat within walking distance, and the village is quiet and restful. Byeolbangjin is right nearby, so I went several times. It was perfect for someone like me who loves morning and evening walks with sunrise and sunset.

If you are reading this, I hope you book Hadorak right away. I arrived half excited and half worried, but the moment I opened the door I thought: even if I never go out, this is pure relaxation. The care put into the place was obvious and everything was spotless. I found it by searching Instagram for atmospheric accommodation, but words cannot fully describe how it felt. Thank you for giving me such happiness on my first solo trip. I hope you keep welcoming guests for many years.

We leave Hadorak feeling truly refreshed. From the living room you can see both the sea and the canola fields beyond the back garden. Even sitting still is relaxing. My mother loved how pretty the house was, and everyone slept very well. As my mother is older, I was looking for somewhere easy to walk around; I booked as soon as I saw Hadorak. The sea is visible from the front garden, making it a good choice for older guests too. I would also love to return alone to rest. From now on, this is where our family will stay in Jeju. It is much prettier in person than in the photos! With so many misleading accommodation photos these days, I honestly did not expect much, but I was amazed as soon as I walked in. The owners were so kind. If I visit eastern Jeju again, I definitely want to stay at Hadorak.

We have decided to return next year with our baby and parents. We visit Jeju every year and have found an exceptionally clean stay with outstanding views. As soon as we arrived, we wanted to bring our parents. You can feel the care in the bedding, the fresh towels and the spotless floors throughout. The view is amazing; we really wished we had booked one more night. The location is perfect before a trip to Udo, and parking is very easy. We paid for the stay ourselves and will return with our baby next year. Wishing you every success!

Such a lovely place to rest. The ocean view from the room is wonderful. I had heard you could see dolphins, and while looking out at the water one morning I actually saw them swimming from my room. The room was clean and the host extremely kind. Beaches are a 5–10 minute drive in either direction, so it is convenient for swimming too. I would like to return. Thank you for a restful holiday!
